Part II of our Member Orientation series will be facilitated by Michael Metzger and Cynthia Reed, Supervisors of our General Liability and Workers' Compensation Claims Department. They will help you understand claim basics including how to properly manage claims and preserve claim evidence. Claim case studies will illustrate the anatomy of claim compensability determinations and how IRMA and it's Members function as a team.
