During our first session, Executive Director Margo Ely will share the history of IRMA, the value of pooling and explain the structure of the organization. Susan Garvey, Director of Legal Services, will review important coverage information and IRMA's robust legal services.  Ashli Boss, Director of Financial Services, will outline how contributions are calculated, the value of our optional deductible structure, and IRMA's unique membership financial benefits. Jen Swahlstedt, Director of Risk Management & Training, will review IRMA's comprehensive risk mitigation services, from trainings to grants to loss control visits and more.
