Description
The purpose of this training course is to provide employees whose duties require them to operate aerial lifts.  This includes the appropriate knowledge and understanding of specific vehicles as well as an evaluation of their ability to operate these vehicles.
Upon completion of the course, operators should know and follow all aerial lift training operating procedures with regard to governmental and national consensus safety regulations as well as company policies.
Topics Include:
· Hazard Identification and Equipment Handling
· Equipment Characteristics
· Testing Applications and Requirements for Operators
· OSHA 29 CFR, 1910.67, 1926.453 Mobile Scaffolding
· Fall Protection requirements
 
All participants are responsible to bring fall protection  personal protective equipment.
 
*Class size is limited to 16-1 registrant per member
